It might sound simple but sometimes we all need to be reminded: when faced with a moment when you want to pull your hair out, scream at the top of your lungs, or cry your heart out, the best thing to do is to just breathe. Take one long deep breath in and one long deep breath out. Do it again. When you focus only on breathing, it calms your whole being including your mind.
It is ok to feel to “out of control” but there is a difference in feeling out of control and acting out of control. Being your best you includes being calm and collected.
