“I am not giving away my shot”
This line is said many times throughout the play. I am not lying when I say I have started to use it as a mantra each morning when I start work. I am so grateful and blessed to work for a great company that is flourishing during this time when many are not. I owe it to myself and those who do not have the opportunity to work, to recognize how fortunate I am and then apply that gratitude. “Giving away my shot” is more than working your hours, it is about being a contributor to the greater growth of your company, being an active listener to those around you and lastly showcasing your talents while adding value to the job at hand.

These are many of the attributes I liked and admired while dealing with Tric. She always listened attentively, contributed to any situation (not only accomplishing any deeds she/I were seeking) and added value to all tasks.
