“Excellence is never an accident, it is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, skillful execution, and the vision to see obstacles as opportunities.”
~The first half of that quote is from Aristotle, the other half is unknown. Either way, I have been in this place of working with my team on perfection vs excellence. I really do see the difference. My mindset includes we have a choice each day to show up and be the best version of ourselves, which in turn, will equate to excellence.
