One of my favorite things to do when I am on a plane, as we are landing, is look at my photos on my phone. Whenever I travel, I try to capture all the moments of fun and hard work. Taking a few moments to browse the photos of the trip I just had or browse a fun family night or a vacation, just gives me joy. I can actually feel gratitude wash over me. The pictures are a reminder of all the blessings in my life and a quick hit of “I am a lucky gal.”
I share this because with so many things to watch, ingest, and listen to that are the opposite of feel good, we all have joy right within our personal photos.

It seems like forever ago that we met through the book group at SEI. The book by Lu Ann Chan “I Dare Me” had a big impact on my life. I am thankful that you were a part of my life. In FL now 7+ years
